Kimi K2.7-Code is the new open coding-floor candidate: public modified-MIT weights, a 1T-total / 32B-active MoE architecture, 256K context, image/video input, and reported first-party gains over K2.6 with lower thinking-token usage. GLM-5.2 matters too, but it is pending rather than counted as open floor: Z.AI has opened it to GLM Coding Plan users with 1M context, while API/chatbot access and MIT weights are promised for next week.
